free shuttle plentiful breakfast dirty bathroom rude staff
I secured a grand beautiful pool view room for my stay. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. It was very efficient. breakfasts are plentiful here.
My bathroom wasn't very clean. There were marks on the shower glass. some staff looked rude and lacked patience.

Comfort and convenience near the airport
kind receptionists clean rooms
After a severe earthquake, I booked this place and felt very comforted (the unexpected event made me nervous). The receptionists were so kind and professional, easing my anxieties. The housekeeping team deserves kudos for maintaining the rooms so well.
I noticed some understaffing (mostly at peak hours). This seemed to result in slower service at times.

The all-hours restaurant offered convenient meal options, so I didn't need to venture far. I was impressed that the restaurant service was consistently helpful, always offered with a smile, even with room service orders.

The modern rooms impressed me. They looked and felt very clean. The ambience was quiet and excellent, giving a feeling of fresh air. The tv worked perfectly and the beds were really comfortable.
