I secured a grand beautiful pool view room for my stay. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. It was very efficient. breakfasts are plentiful here.
My bathroom wasn't very clean. There were marks on the shower glass. some staff looked rude and lacked patience.

After a severe earthquake, I booked this place and felt very comforted (the unexpected event made me nervous). The receptionists were so kind and professional, easing my anxieties. The housekeeping team deserves kudos for maintaining the rooms so well.
I noticed some understaffing (mostly at peak hours). This seemed to result in slower service at times.
